Straight pricing for the work we do. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. We're an AU-registered business (ABN to insert), so GST is built into every quote — no surprise add-ons.

Strategy & Advisory

Hub Strategy Call (30 minutes)

$250 inc. GST (ex-GST $227.27 + GST $22.73)

A focused 30-minute video call with Jeff to map your current tool stack, identify the highest-value consolidation move, and outline what JR Digital Hub would do for your business. You leave with a recording of the call and a written one-page summary of the recommendations.

Includes:

30-minute video consultation (Zoom or Google Meet, your pick)
Call recording, sent within 24 hours
One-page written summary of recommendations
One round of follow-up questions by email within 7 days

Excludes:

Implementation work (quoted separately)
Audits of more than your current tool stack (see Tool-Stack Audit below)

Tool-Stack Audit + Migration Plan

$295 inc. GST (ex-GST $268.18 + GST $26.82)

A written audit of your current business tools — what you're paying for, what overlaps, what's leaking time, what should be consolidated. Delivered as a PDF report with a recommended migration plan and rough effort estimate.

Includes:

Up to 10 tools reviewed (CRM, email marketing, calendar, SMS, invoicing, reviews, forms, automation, telephony, scheduling)
Written PDF report (typically 8-12 pages)
Migration plan with sequencing and effort estimate
15-minute walkthrough call to talk through findings

Excludes:

The migration work itself (see Contact + Calendar Migration below)
Tools beyond the 10 reviewed (quoted on request at $25/tool)

Migration & Implementation

Contact + Calendar Migration (Standard)

$495 inc. GST (ex-GST $450.00 + GST $45.00)

Done-for-you migration of your contacts and one calendar into JR Digital Hub (or another GHL-based system). We extract from your existing platform, clean and de-duplicate, map fields, and import. You review before we go live.

Includes:

Up to 2,500 contacts migrated
Standard contact fields (name, email, phone, company, address, tags, notes)
One calendar migrated, including event history for the prior 12 months
De-duplication and basic data cleansing
Pre-import preview for your sign-off
Post-import verification

Excludes:

Contact volumes above 2,500 (quoted at $0.10/contact above the threshold)
Additional calendars (quoted at $150 each)
Custom field mapping beyond standard fields (quoted on request)
Conversation/SMS history migration (depends on source platform; quoted on request)

Quick-Start Onboarding Pack

A self-serve onboarding library to get you productive in JR Digital Hub fast. Recorded walkthroughs, written checklists, and a setup workbook covering the first 30 days of use.

Includes:

Video library (approximately 12 short walkthroughs, total ~90 minutes)
Setup checklist (printable PDF)
30-day onboarding workbook with weekly milestones
Template library: 5 email sequences, 3 SMS workflows, 2 pipeline templates
12 months of access to the library, including updates

Excludes:

One-on-one onboarding (book a Strategy Call instead)
Custom template builds (quoted on request)

JR Digital Hub — Monthly Subscription

$297 inc. GST per month (ex-GST $270.00 + GST $27.00)

JR Digital Hub is our white-labelled, AU-supported GoHighLevel platform. CRM, calendar, email, SMS, reviews, pipelines and automation in one place, with AU support during business hours.

Includes:

Full Hub platform access (one workspace)
Up to 3 user seats
Unlimited contacts
Email and SMS sending (subject to fair-use; volume tiers above fair-use are quoted)
AU-based email + chat support during business hours (Mon-Fri, 9-5 AEST)
Monthly platform updates

Excludes:

SMS/email send costs above fair-use thresholds (passed through at cost + 10%)
Phone numbers for SMS (purchased separately, ~$10/month per number)
Custom integrations beyond the standard library (quoted on request)
Migration from existing tools (see Contact + Calendar Migration above)

Trial Support Pack — 30 Days

$150 inc. GST (ex-GST $136.36 + GST $13.64)

Direct email and chat support from the JRDS team during a 30-day trial or evaluation period. Use it to get unstuck, ask configuration questions, or request a quick screen-share.

Includes:

30 calendar days of email + chat support
Response within one business day (typically same day)
Up to two 15-minute screen-share sessions on request
Access to the JRDS support knowledge base

Excludes:

After-hours or weekend response
Implementation or build work (quoted separately)
Phone support (available on monthly subscriptions only)

Custom & Out-of-Scope Work

Anything not listed above is quoted on request, in writing, before work begins. Typical hourly rate for ad-hoc consulting and build work is $220/hour inc. GST ($200 ex-GST). Minimum engagement: 1 hour.
