Am I locked in?

No. The Hub is month-to-month. No 12-month contracts, no exit fees. If you ever want to leave, you can cancel from inside your account, and we'll export your contacts and calendar back to you as standard CSV/ICS files within 7 business days.

I'm not technical. Will I be able to actually use this?

Yes. The whole point of the strategy call and the done-for-you migration is that we get you set up — you don't have to wrestle a new platform on your own. The onboarding library is built for non-technical owners. And our AU support team is on email and chat the whole 30 days.

How is this different from the tools I'm using now?

Your Hub data is stored in our CRM platform (GoHighLevel). GoHighLevel is a US-based platform and your data may be processed overseas. JR Digital Services is bound by the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles, and we handle your data in line with those obligations. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy. If AU-only data residency is a hard requirement for your industry, raise it on the strategy call so we can talk through what's possible.

What exactly do you do in the "free migration"?

We migrate up to 2,500 contacts and 1 calendar from your existing tools into the Hub. That covers the vast majority of small business setups. If you've got more than that, or multiple calendars, or a complex pipeline structure, we'll scope it on the call — most of the time it's still doable, sometimes there's a small extra fee for the additional work. We tell you upfront either way.
